Thank you Letters
Susan,
I am CW2 Vargas and wanted to thank you for the cookies we received the other day. I
manage a Maintenance Facility and the cookies were a hit. We went on a "mandatory
cookie break" and needless to say they were gone in no time. I managed to keep a
smaller container for myself so I still have a few left. Thank God we have people like you
so we can still enjoy home made cookies.
Thank you very much.
JOSE VARGAS
I just recently found out about your organization and want to PERSONALLY express my
appreciation to those of you participating with this very special opportunity.
This allows those that are not sure how to help to participate with our Troops and also
allows our loved ones to see the LOVE and togetherness of the WONDERFUL COUNTRY
THEY ARE FIGHTING FOR. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My oldest son (Dustin Hahn) is in the Army Reserves (now in Irag) and my youngest son
(Cody Hahn- in Training in GA right now).
I would love to add Dustin to your list to send cookies to
Jeffrey Hahn
Dear Ms. Hager,
My name is SSgt Hanspard. I recently was given some of your wonderful cookies.
Honestly, I have given up on thinking that there were people who were out there that
actually appreciated what we do as military members serving our country. Knowing
there are people like yourself who are taking the time to acknowledge the service
members makes it all worth it.
I have been separated from my family for approximately 18 months and I cant wait to be
reunited with them. I went from Iraq to coming straight here. It takes a toll out of you.
I just wanted to take the time and say THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU AND
THE COOKIE BRIGADE.
Hanspard, S. Jay, SSgt
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your dedication and commitment to
the members of our Armed Forces everywhere. We recently received a wonderful box of
your cookies here at the 52nd Security Forces K-9 section. I can personally attest that
my PT scores will go down because of the many delicious cookies I’ve eaten in the last
several days. My dog enjoys his treats as well, but I’m not worried about his waist line.
The time and care you have spent in making and packaging these is obvious. Thank
you so much from all the dog handlers at Spangdahlem Air Base Germany . Here we are
either just returning from deployment (a.k.a. “Downrange”), currently deployed, or
heading out for another in the next few months. Your support has not gone unnoticed.
All the best to each of you and your families.
SSgt Keith Combass and Military Working Dog Carlo
This is Carlo!! Isn't he Beautiful!!
